Village Pottery stands behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.

We guarantee our products.
Village Pottery promises to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or issue a store credit.(excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

At Village Pottery, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Village Pottery does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized experience. Village Pottery will not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.

· When you order, we request your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Every time you shop with Village Pottery, you are backed by our security guarantee. When you are shopping at Village Pottery, you are shopping on our secure server, which encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address, and credit card number. All credit card transactions made on Village Pottery are protected using industry standard SSL Security.  All Village Pottery credit card transactions are cleared through our secure servers that are protected from fraud with a certificate from Verisign.
 
To view certificate information in Windows Internet Explorer: While in our secure order area, right click on the bottom portion of one of our checkout pages and select the properties item. In the property sheet window that appears, select the certificates button to see certificate information. Please note: the Macintosh version of Internet Explorer does not support this functionality.

To view certificate information in Netscape Navigator: While in our secure order area, right click (control-click on the Macintosh) on the bottom portion of one of our checkout pages and select the page info item. 

We are so confident that your information cannot be compromised as a result of shopping at Village Pottery, we guarantee your protection in the event of unauthorized interception and use of your credit card. If you think your credit card has been compromised as a result of shopping at Village Pottery, please contact your credit card provider immediately. Most banks either cover all charges, or limit your liability to $50. We guarantee that if your card was compromised as a result of shopping at Village Pottery and your bank does not cover all charges, we will compensate you for the amount of your liability, up to $50.

Return Policy

We stand behind our pottery 100% regarding workmanship and defects.
We cannot give a credit or refund for used merchandise. 

In case you wish to return items purchased, we ask that you return them within 30 days of purchase date with a carrier of your choice (at your expense) via insured shipment.  Please contact us via email to receive return information.

We will issue store credit for the original purchase amount only (excluding shipping/insurance) - items on SALE cannot be returned for store credit.  In any case, please let us know BEFORE sending any items back.  Our phone number is 315.391-1669.


For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to start the claim forms and replace the damaged pottery (if possible). Should replacement not be possible, we will offer store credit in the original purchase amount (excluding shipping/insurance).
